Working Together

All sessions are by appointment.

Depending on my work, travel and teaching schedule it can take 2 to 4 months to get book a session. All sessions are paid for in advanced.

If it is an emergency, then accommodations can be made to fit you in sooner.

Pricing Structure:

  • 30-minute session — $125

  • 60-minute session — $250


Useful Information:

Session Format

• Sessions are conducted via Video Call or in person when available at retreats and conferences.
• Clients are expected to arrive focused, prepared, and without distraction.
• Integration or follow-up materials, when provided, are tailored to the client’s goals.

Professional Boundaries

To maintain clarity and safety:
• This work is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. My work is designed to support and compliment these other professions.
• I do not treat, diagnose, or prescribe in the allopathic medicine sense.
• Clients may be referred to licensed professionals and other services when appropriate.

6-Month Transformational Program

A structured container for clients seeking sustained, meaningful change.

Includes:

  • Bi-weekly sessions (60 mins each)

This program is recommended for individuals navigating critical life thresholds, creative reinvention, emotional pattern release, or deep restructuring.

12-Month Executive & Visionary Program

For leaders, creators, and professionals requiring high-level clarity, resilience, and long-term support.

Includes:

  • Bi-weekly therapeutic sessions

  • Customized strategies for stress, decision-making, and pattern recalibration

  • Priority access for emergency 30-minute check-ins

  • Integrative progress review every 45 days

  • Resources and materials to meet the clients goals

Investment: $6,000

This program offers the most comprehensive access to my work and is limited to a very small number of clients per year. To be considered for this program there is an application process.

Booking Policies

To maintain the highest level of focus and integrity for each client, the following policies apply:

Client Eligibility

I accept a limited number of clients each year for certain programs. Prospective clients may request an initial consultation to determine readiness, alignment, and whether the work will be mutually beneficial. Not all inquiries will be accepted.

Scheduling

• All sessions are by appointment only.
• Scheduling is done in advance; same-week sessions are rare and based on availability. Emergency sessions can be arranged for an additional $100 fee.
• Long-term clients receive priority booking.

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking. I do not take insurance.
• Accepted forms of payment: credit/debit card, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
• Multi-month programs may be paid in full or through an approved payment schedule.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Because session times are reserved exclusively for each client:

• Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full session fee.
• No-shows are billed at full price.

Refund Policy

• Sessions and programs are non-refundable once purchased.
• Multi-month programs may be paused once for up to 4 weeks with prior discussion.
• Funds may not be transferred to another person or service.

Confidentiality

All client information, conversations, and session outcomes remain confidential.
Clients working in high-profile roles may request an NDA; one can be provided.
