Meet Dr. Adhi

Adhi Two Owls, Ph.D., is a therapeutic practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in shamanic research, Indigenous healing methods, herbal studies, sacred sound applications, and ceremonial design. She holds a Ph.D. in Therapeutic Medicine with a focus on Indigenous history, cross-cultural healing systems, trance technologies, and the ways sound and sensory perception affect the human nervous system. Her work combines academic study, first-hand field research, and decades of applied practice.

Throughout her career, Adhi has developed a rigorous, structured approach that bridges traditional methods with contemporary needs. She has collaborated with diverse communities and cultural specialists in North America and abroad, focusing on knowledge exchange, eco-cultural practices, and responsible integration rather than appropriation. As an educator, she has taught internationally on topics including sensory perception, altered states of awareness, pattern recognition, and the role of creativity in therapeutic transformation.

Her private practice draws on her multidisciplinary background in art, biology, herbalism, acoustics, somatic intelligence, and cultural history. Clients work with her to navigate personal trauma, high-stress leadership demands, creative stagnation, transitions in identity, and the deeper questions that emerge when life calls for recalibration. Adhi’s approach is strategic, precise, and designed for individuals seeking depth, clarity, and long-term change.
